SPRING BREAK FOR THE JOHNSONS

Well, what can we say? We had a great Spring Break. We drove down to San Diego for the Half Ironman on Thursday night. The big race was Saturday, but mid-race, Gary's bike chain broke. He was disqualified and it was heart-breaking. Needless to say, we enjoyed the remainder of the weekend there. We had Bryan and we went to the beach, played basketball, and drove up to L.A. to visit UCLA. It is a beautiful campus. We ate lunch on campus and bought new t-shirts. Hooray. On Sunday we headed back to St. George. The weather was bad, but we had fun with Jayne and Becky. On Thursday we woke up and decided to drive back to San Diego for the day to see Bryan run in his track meet. That was a long drive, but was totally worth it. He did great. All in all, it was a fun Spring Break full of a lot of driving.
